Well being afternoon

 

Remember this afternoon is well being afternoon, a chance to spend some time doing things you enjoy.  It might be a craft activity like making a glitter shaky bottle.

You might prefer to do some cooking.  Remember it is Chinese new Year soon so maybe you could look up a Chinese dish to make.

Or maybe some exercise like a walk, a bike ride or make up your own games.

Remember to send some pictures of whatever you are upto
